Mission

During the EIT Urban Mobility Umi program up to 90 participants from Municipalities, Start-ups, companies and universities will come together in three local hubs across Europe to learn how to solve urban mobility challenges using a novel design thinking methodology created by Ezri Tarazi.

We’ve moved our Umi program fully online in order to leverage worldwide participation to help tackle the unique mobility challenges facing Budapest, Munich and Lublin.

The Umi program will host three online workshops each focusing on the challenges for one of our local hubs. Participation is open to anyone in the world and feel free to join one or all three of our online workshops.

Participants will be working in cross-sector teams to tackle prevailing challenges, prototyping viable solutions and finally pitching their results in front of a panel of experts. To foster the spirit of entrepreneurship our program also offers coaching sessions in the weeks following the online workshop to help you implement the methodologies and solutions.

The local hubs will take place in Budapest in collaboration with the Zone Cluster, in Munich in collaboration with the UnternehmerTUM and the City of Munich and in Lublin in collaboration with the City of Lublin.

Do you want to learn the tools you need in order to make urban mobility better for all, while tackling a real-world challenge and get to know all stakeholders?
